Our Collaboration Policy is designed to make things easier from the start. It helps eliminate unnecessary back-and-forth and sets a clear foundation of transparency, professionalism, and fairness for a smooth and successful partnership.

1. Purpose of Collaboration

We pursue collaborations that offer mutual SEO value, aligned audiences, and strong brand synergy. These may include:

Balanced backlink exchanges (1:1 ratio)
Guest post contributions on niche-relevant topics (marketing, SaaS, SMS automation, business growth)

2. Eligibility Criteria

To proceed with a Guest Post or Link Exchange, your website must meet all of the following conditions:

Domain Rating (DR): 45+ (Ahrefs)
Organic Monthly Traffic: Minimum 4000
Content Relevancy: Topics related to SaaS, marketing, technology, business, CRM, or automation
Link Type: Must be a do-follow link that directs to textdrip.com
Organic Traffic Region: Preferably US Country
Website Type: Real websites only (no PBNs, spun content, or AI-generated blogs)

3. Guest Post Submission Guidelines

We accept original, insightful, and human-written guest posts that align with our content strategy (SMS marketing, SaaS, automation, business growth). Before submitting, please review these key requirements:

Content Rules

Topic Check: Make sure we haven’t already published your idea on https://textdrip.com/blog
Length: Minimum 1,500 words with clear structure (intro, subheadings, conclusion).
Links:
- Maximum 2 links to your own site (only blog link will be accepted).
- External links only for credible sources or image citations.
- Minimum of 5 links from textdrip.com can be placed, including blog, feature, or industry pages. All links must be inserted contextually with relevant anchor text.
- We don’t provide do-follow links; all external links are no-follow by default.
Images: No stock images. Use visuals that explain data or concepts and cite the source below each.

Not Accepted

AI-generated or repurposed content
Thin, fluffy, or promotional writing
Overuse of backlinks or unrelated links
Content previously published elsewhere
Generic stock images (worth repeating!)
We do not pay or accept payments for guest posts

Process Overview

Pitch Review: Replies within 1–2 weeks. Follow up after 3 weeks if needed.
Outline Approval: Required before writing begins.
Draft Review: We’ll approve or reject based on quality.
Editing: We may make SEO and clarity changes or request updates.
Publishing: Usually within 2–4 weeks post-approval.

By submitting a guest post, you grant Textdrip the exclusive rights to edit, publish, and retain the content. Textdrip also reserves the right to reject any guest post submission without the obligation to provide detailed justification.

4. Link Exchange Guidelines

Link placement should be on live, indexed, quality content pages
Must be a 1:1 exchange, not A-B-C or circular
Textdrip link should remain active after it is published
Exchange should be equally beneficial in terms of authority and traffic value
The page where the link is placed must have contextually relevant content (no link dumps)
In link exchange, we do not allow links to homepages, product pages, or feature-specific pages.
Only blog article pages are eligible for link exchange.
Link must be niche-specific, preferably within the SaaS product industry.
We do not pay or accept payments for link exchanges.
Textdrip reserves the right to reject any content or link exchange proposal without providing detailed justification.
We don’t provide do-follow links; all external links are no-follow by default.

5. Strictly Prohibited

To maintain a respectful and trustworthy collaboration, the following actions are not allowed:

Publishing content without first confirming agreement to these terms
Any form of defamation, threats, intimidation, or coercive behavior, whether written or verbal
Submitting websites with fake metrics, hidden backlinks, or unnatural content
Posting guest content or links and then removing them shortly after
Engaging in disrespectful, dishonest, or manipulative behavior

Any violation of the above terms and conditions may result in permanent blacklisting, legal action, and public disclosure.
